Absentee owners

Since last week i mailed out to 14 absentee owners, along with every thing else i am doing to market myself, and had 3 call me back, with one motivated seller appointment that i set for Tuesday, due to the owner not being available until then. I try to get together with them ASAP!! I wanted to say thanks to Roy for sharing that letter with us, and if this is any indication, the numbers are going to be great.
