George, I bought a property on 4/6 auction sale. The previous owner is out of state, and a rental is currently occupying the property. The neighbor told us the renter has not been paying rents for couple months, and is out of country now (working in Africa). The neighbor told us the guy will be back some time in June.
What should we do in this case? Any hints or advices?
