Hi,
I sold a few owner finance houses last year. Now, one of the sellers asked me for a 1099 form. Should I prepare a 1099 form for the seller. It is normally provided by the title company. However, since these are subject to deals, we never used title company for closing.
If I do need to prepare a 1099 for the seller, how do I do it?
