Buying/Selling Notes..

I had a guy call me today asking if we Buy Notes. I was wondering if Roddy.com deals in this realm of the Real-Estate market. I heard people talking about this particular Nitch several years ago when I was looking into Real-Estate, but I have not heard anyone in the office talk about this, nor did I find any posting on the Roddy network about this.

Just wondering if Note Buying/Selling is something Roddy.com does, or does not do.
