I have found a house where the owner is deceased and neighbors say the family is going to let the house go. I have tried to find family but no luck. Is this one you would want info on for a courthouse sale?

Yes. The only thing to do is prepare for the courthouse auction. There may be some information in the probate records in Collin County. Depending your timeframe, you could try to research this deceased person in the probate system.
