Hey guys,
We had a great time at the last Roddy's Auction Field Trip in Dallas a few weeks ago. I think everyone that attended would agree we saw alot of great opportunities.
Roddy Auction Deals:
At the Tax auction we saw a 140k properties get bid up to 70k (50 cents on the dollar). Then 10 minutes later the same property came back up for rebid! What? Thats right, the 70k bidder forgot his money so the sheriff re-auctioned the property, and guess what it went for only 45k! Thats right, another investor waited around and saved 25k on the property. Awesome.
We saw another property purchased at the Tax Sale in Desoto (vacant land) that had a tax assessed value for 1.2 million (8 acres on Beltline Rd) that was purchased for 81k! Are you kidding me?
Congratulations to Roddy.com student John B.
He purchase a property in Coppell for 114k, with a market value of 200k. Great Buy!!
