Roddy Investments needs experienced investors to take down deals and grow the invesment arm of our business. Current emphasis is residential, but I'm glad to speak with anyone with commercial experience as well. We also need individuals to assist in the acquisition and management of capital to fund our deals and assistance in the marketing aspects of our business as a whole (both the Investments and Education components).
We need entrepreneurially minded individuals that are smart, professional, hard working, want to make money, and know how to take advantage of opportunities.
We have great infrastructure, deep expertise in all facets of doing deals, one of the best brands in Texas when it comes to real estate, and consistently not enough time in the day to even scratch the surface of the deals and opportunities that come our way every day.
If you're good at any of the following we'd like to speak with you:
Finding and/or puting under contract Motivated Sellers
Finding and/or puting under contract Owner Finance Buyers
Raising Capital
Fund Management (Private Equity/Hedge)
Marketing & Promotions (Online & Event preferred)
For the majority of positions we're not interested in "hiring" someone. We're interested in doing business with someone. If you think you can make Roddy Investments money, and consequently, get rich in the process, by all means get in touch with us and let's see where it goes.
We have no interest in paying someone and then they come to an office for eight hours a day and perform tasks. That's yesterday's business model.
