Is the Roddy REO report before the MLS?

I am trying to get connect to REO properties before they go to the MLS. I know you have a REO report you put out right after the foreclosure auctions. Also, do you still provide a Trustee directory?

Yes, but. Most trustees do not work directly for the lender. The trustee is usually hired by a lawfirm. The lawfirm that the trustee works for is who has this information. The problem with calling the lawfirm is that they are dealing with the collection department with the lender. You are trying to contact the REO department. As you know, different departments have different managers and processes.
