I have some REO lists but I cannot find any contact info on Deutsche Bank REO's - can anyone help?:confused:

I search for 30-mins....this is the best I got.


No website. Phone Number 714-247-6000, call between 9am to 4pm PST. They have no list. If you have a specific property in mind, print out the deed of trust (filed with county), ask for REO Hotline, you will be forwarded to a pre-recorded message that will instruct you to fax the specific property in question.

George - I forgot to aske, is there a free public website to find a DOT or do I have to pay for this?

Janet,

All DOT's are available to the public for FREE. Some counties have their information online for a fee or free basis.

If the county is not online, then you need to physically go to the county clerks office to retrieve the DOT information.

I provide the websites to all 254 counties in Texas to Title research course attendees. This list includes: county clerks, appraisal, tax assessor and district clerks.
