Hey "Ask George Jr" members,
We need Interns to do some "heavy lifting" (research deals, compile lists, data entry, marketing activities, other administrative tasks, etc.). Some of the work is not very exciting, but it's all related to real estate investing and real estate investment education.
We don't have the budget to pay someone cash, but we will provide free access to our programs and/or workshops, plus private mentoring, and periodically cut them in on some of the deals that we are putting together.
This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who has a recent college grad/"twenty something" who has yet to find themselves or anyone who wants to learn the business from the inside and get continual access to a team of individuals who do this everyday for a living.
Our requirements are pretty straight forward but inflexible. We need individuals who are driven, responsible, self-motivated, good computer and Internet skills; know how to be given a task with general guidelines and bring back a completed effort that meets or exceeds expectations; can manage their time effectively; need minimal guidance but know when to ask questions (i.e. no high maintenance relationships please). Strong phone and people skills are desired but not a must.
They would preferably work out of our Plano office for approximately 10-20 hours a week but remote assistance is possible in some instances.
Please contact Bob Lowrance at 214/593-0074 Ext 802 if you have a candidate.
Thanks,
George:)
